Add extra length to your necklaces and bracelets with our Chain Extension.

DETAILS:

• Material: Gold-filled.

• Available in 2” / 5cm, 3” / 7.5cm and 4” / 10cm.

• Extension (without the clasp) will be attached to the necklace/bracelet purchased. If you would like  detachable extension (with clasp), please leave a note at checkout. 

• If you order more than 1 necklace/bracelet, please leave a note at check out to indicate which necklace/bracelet you would like the extension attached to. 

• The extension can be bought separately on its own as well and will come with a clasp so you can easily attach to any necklace/bracelet. 

Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your order to be processed during or after sale and promotional periods.

Romyli accepts returns within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns on the following:

• Pierced earring styles for hygiene reasons.
• Items purchased on sale or with a promo code (excluding newsletter signup).
• Items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, unworn and properly secured in the ROMYLI box provided.
• All sale purchases are FINAL SALE and are not valid for refund, credit note, or exchange returns unless deemed faulty.

For orders under $80, the jewellery will be delivered in our cream suede pouch. Orders over $80 will be delivered in our cream gift box. (1 gift box per order).

1. CAN I SHOWER WITH MY JEWELRY?

Gold filled and Sterling Silver jewelry can withstand normal wear and tear from showering and sleeping. However, we recommend you take off your jewellery before showering and sleeping to prolong the longevity of your pieces.  

2. HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?

- Wipe your jewelry after each wear with a soft, gentle cloth.

- Store your jewelry in your .ROMY.LI. pouch/box provided. 

- Avoid harsh chemicals, such as chlorine in pools and hot tubs, lotions, perfumes and hairspray. Put on your jewelry last. 

- Avoid sleeping in jewelry to bring unnecessary wear and tear.

- To clean your .ROMY.LI jewelry, use a blue polishing cloth to remove dirt buildup and to restore shine. 

Note: All jewellery with natural genuine pearls should be removed before showering and swimming to maintain luster.
