Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase will accept a return on all orders in Australia within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us immediately if you need to return something. If your item is a custom order or gift card, these are final sale and are not eligible for returns. Additionally, we do not accept returns on damaged items as a result of wear and tear through misuse or accidental damage such as a broken chain or bent ring.

Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns for pierced earrings. All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for a refund. These purchases are eligible for an exchange or credit note only.  

Credit notes issued as part of our return policy will include an additional 10% bonus on top of the order value. Please allow 3-5 business days for our team to process your exchange or credit note from the date we receive the return items.

Eligible refunds as part of our return policy will be processed via the original payment method. registered/traceable post as we are not responsible for lost packages. 

Postage will be at the buyer's expense with the exception of returns under our warranty policy. We recommend using registered/traceable post as we are not responsible for lost packages.
