Returns



We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase will accept a return on all orders in Australia within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us immediately if you need to return something. If your item is a custom order or gift card, these are final sale and are not eligible for returns. Additionally, we do not accept returns on damaged items as a result of wear and tear through misuse or accidental damage such as a broken chain or bent ring.

Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns for pierced earrings. All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for a refund. These purchases are eligible for an exchange or credit note only.  

Postage will be at the buyer’s expense. We recommend using registered/traceable post as we are not responsible for lost packages. 

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 3-5 business days of your item being received by .ROMY.LI. Alternatively you can choose to opt for a store credit by letting us know in your email.
