Romyli accepts returns within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns on the following:

• Pierced earring styles for hygiene reasons.
• Items purchased on sale or with a promo code (excluding newsletter signup).
• Custom orders (including initials, birthstones and zodiacs) as each piece is made just for you.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, unworn and properly secured in the ROMYLI box provided.
• All sale purchases are FINAL SALE and are not valid for refund, credit note, or exchange returns unless deemed faulty.

1. CAN I SHOWER WITH MY JEWELRY?

Yes — our gold filled jewellery is designed to be water resistant and perfect for everyday wear. Sterling silver and gold vermeil can also handle occasional water, but we recommend removing your jewellery before swimming or long showers to keep it looking its best.

Pearls are more delicate, so they’re best kept dry.

2. HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?

- Wipe your jewelry after each wear with a soft, gentle cloth.

- Store your jewelry in your .ROMY.LI. pouch/box provided. 

- Avoid harsh chemicals, such as chlorine in pools and hot tubs, lotions, perfumes and hairspray. Put on your jewelry last. 

- Avoid sleeping in jewelry to bring unnecessary wear and tear.

- To clean your .ROMY.LI jewelry, use a polishing cloth to remove dirt buildup and to restore shine. 

Note: All jewellery with natural genuine pearls should be removed before showering and swimming to maintain luster.
